My Daily Trainer™ is designed to transform your everyday habits and attitudes toward food and fitness in the direction of getting you, and keeping you lean and healthy.

Each week, I will give you the tools to eat right, lose weight, and get fit. With workout videos, meal plans, custom programs, a progress tracker and a little encouragement from me you'll constantly experience new and different successes! Before you know it, feeling lean and healthy will be your constant way of life.

My Daily Trainer™ is a tool to help you accomplish your goals of better health and fitness, weight-loss, weight management, and balance in your life.

The best way to use My Daily Trainer™ is to log in 5 days a week and follow the steps below.

Step 01

Log In – check out the Home Page for any new updates to the weekly message. This message sets the theme for the week.

Step 02

Go to the My Workouts area. Choose a video and follow along. Do the video 1 to 3x through. New workouts are added at the beginning of each week.

Step 03

Go to the Kristin’s Kitchen area and read Food For Thought. Think about the days and week ahead. Use the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Smart Snacks to plan your meals. Print out your choices and use this to help guide you through the week ahead.

Step 04

Go to My Daily Trainer and log your workouts in your Progress Tracker. Also, read Ask Kristin and use the Contacts form to ask me your own question.

Step 05

Check out the latest products, gear, contests and news on the Products and About Kristin pages.
