Meat or Veggie Balls with Sweet Potatoes and Sautéed Greens

I suggest buying frozen meat or veggie balls. Timing is key on this meal as your sweet potatoes are going to take a little longer then the rest.
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes in their jackets. Wash, cut off the ends and bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 40 to 60 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes and how firm you want them to be). Bake the potatoes on a baking sheet; the sugars in the potatoes can drip out and burn on the floor of your oven. Bake or broil your meat or veggie balls according to the package. When the sweet potatoes and meat or veggie balls are almost done, heat up your sauté’ pan with water, olive oil, garlic and salt and add your greens. Cook to desired tenderness.
A serving is one small sweet potato, 3-4 meat/veggie balls and 1 cooked cup of sautéed greens.
