A burger salad is just what it sounds like. Take a 4-6oz burger (any kind) and all of the ingredients that you would put on it such as 2-3 kinds of veggies (I like to add more since it’s a salad), maybe some cheese, condiments or dressing and mix it together on a plate or in a bowl. Stick to the same portion of burger and dressing that you would consume for 1 burger and your cals will stay around 500 or below.
