Believe it or not, the Progress Tracker is the most important tool in our fitness and weight loss arsenal.
Go to the My Workouts area and click on Progress Tracker. Log your day’s activities to track your weekly fitness activities.
Generally, to lose weight you want to get in a least 4 days of working out a week.
